Our main software is very easy to use, and apps that we use have been tried and tested on our clients.
We have a range of ways in which we can help you to achieve your goals and avoid any overwhelm with technology.
We monitor your real-time glucose insights with Freestyle Libre software (our preferred continuous glucose monitor partner) and using AI led nutrition tracking apps.
With both of these we can see your history over longer periods.
If you have been using Continuous Glucose Monitors prior to working with us, we are also able to access this data with your persmission.
We will use insights from your tracking devices to track your progress if you are using them, but this is not absolutely required.
Everyone is different but most often people start noticing improvements in the first 6 weeks.
Biggest changes typically happen once you've completed the program.
No. In fact restriction can often put your at risk of nutrient deficiency.
Restriction is also very difficult to sustain. We are not about to give you another 'diet'.
Of course there will be changes required but no food is completely off the table.
