I know what it's like to experience poor health 

After years of over-working, in 2019 my body was breaking down. I was mentally burnt-out, overweight & nearly pre-diabetic.

 

It was then that I realised that doctors couldn't effectively support me. I turned my health around using the knowledge & support I provide to my patients.

Diabetes also affects my family

I've seen its impact inside out. I still too frequently manage the health complication of diabetes in my clinics. I can see this can be prevented.

How long does it take to start seeing changes?

Everyone is different but most often people start noticing improvements in their health within 12 weeks.

What if the group isn't full, will you still deliver the program?

We have a minimum number of people that will join the program which is 8 people.

 

This enables us to be able to deliver the program and still give you the benefits of a group growing & improving their health together. 

I have had diabetes for a long time, is this program still right for me?

We have seen incredible results over and over again in those who have had diabetes for more than 7 years.

 

We know that for every point you drop on your blood glucose, this will have a significant impact on reducing the risk of future complications. 

What if I buy and I realise the program isn't for me?
