Dr Sodha talks about the results
Results from the NHS pilot programme in North London, UK
"I have lost a stone and a half and more than two inches from my waist. My blood pressure is lower and I may be able to come off one of my medications."
"My BMI came down from 28.41 to 25.2, I am eating about a third of what I did before and feel fitter and less tired all the time."
"I can walk faster and further, all of which gives me enormous pleasure. I feel happier, more my real self and more positive."
Age is just a number
Janine is in her 70s and had great results including reducing weight, blood pressure and being able to walk faster.
Life-changing
Lisa is in her 50s and had very high glucose readings. She was very close to starting on insulin.

In the NHS she was given a new weight loss drug, called Semaglutide. This medicine is able to achieve average Hba1c reductions of 16 points.
When she combined this approach with our course, she dropped her Hba1c by 76 points
